How does our car rental process in Poland work?
We do our best to keep it simple and tailored around your schedule. First, you contact us to reserve your vehicle, whether over the phone or through our online booking service, where the specific vehicle and the time and location of pick-up will be confirmed.
When you arrive at the Poland airport, you don’t have to worry about tracking down an office to pick up your vehicle – we come to you. We’ll wait for you in the airport greeting area or at an otherwise specified location with a visible sign. After introductions, our driver will escort you and your luggage to your vehicle in the parking lot where the driver will explain the rental contract, the car’s features, and its operating requirements.
After that, our driver will answer any further questions you might have in regards to traveling in Poland or about the vehicle, arrange a time for the vehicle return and exchange contact information. Finally, we collect the payment either through credit card or cash and assist you with loading your luggage and wishing you well on your stay in Poland. All necessary paperwork is filled out at the car, prior to giving over the keys. This process usually takes no longer than 15 minutes.
As for returning the vehicle, this is a simple matter of meeting up at the pre-decided location and exchanging the keys. We recommend this takes place 2-3 hours before your departure flight from Poland.
At Delta Auto Rentals, unlike other car rental services, we also provide chauffeur services – feel free to contact us to learn more!
Our prices are entirely inclusive. They include the 22% Polish tax, comprehensive insurance, and free exchange in case of breakage or accident. We have 3 different rates based off of the duration of the rental:
1-7 days: 150 zloty/day
1-14 days: 140 zloty/day
1-30+ days: 100 zloty/day
